REGISTRATION
I am experiencing issues with registration, what do I do?
Attendees have had success registering on Safari or through an incognito window.

How do I register to participate?
Click register on the home page of the event and follow the prompts! Need more guidance to register? Click here!
When is the last day to register online?
The last day to register is April 17, 2024 by 11:59 p.m.
Can I register on-site?
General event registration will reopen at Packet Pick-Up on Friday, April 19 from 3:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. at Charm City Run Timonium. Registration will also be available the morning of race day at the Maryland Zoo starting at 6:30 a.m.
How can I purchase discounted zoo admission?You will receive an email after you register that will allow you to purchase the discounted zoo admission tickets! Please note that the admission must be used following the event on April 20. Wristbands will be provided as tickets on that day. These are non-refundable tickets.
Does everyone need to register to participate?Yes! Everyone, regardless of age, that is planning to walk, race, or participate in our virtual events must register. Adults should register all children online, as they will need to sign their participation and photo waiver during the registration process. Make sure to register all family members so that we can share your photos all event week long!
How can I register my whole family to participate?At the bottom of the page for your personal registration, you will find a button to add another participant. From there, you can register your next participant and choose whether you want them to receive their own emails or choose to manage them under your account. You may register as many participants under your registration as you would like. For more explanation, please see slides 6-9 here.
Should I register ahead of time?Yes! Only registrants who register before 11:59 p.m. on March 25th will be guaranteed a shirt and swag bag. Also this year, we will again be offering fun incentives you can earn by fundraising. The sooner you register, the sooner you can start fundraising and start earning fun fundraising incentives; raise $100, $250, $500, or $1,000 and earn incentives along the way!
Does every participant receive a t-shirt?No, only our race participants or virtual race participants will automatically receive a shirt. Those who sign up for the family festival or as a spectator will have the option to purchase a t-shirt at an additional cost.

When is Packet Pick-Up?Packet Pick-up will be on Friday, April 19th from 3:00-6:00 P.M. at Charm City Run in Timonium (2045 York Rd, Lutherville-Timonium, MD 21093).
I am a virtual participant, do I need to attend Packet Pick-Up?No! Virtual participants will be sent their race packets following the event.

PETS & SERVICE ANIMALS
Can I bring my service animal?
No pets are allowed at The Maryland Zoo. Service animals are welcome in accordance with The Maryland Zoo Service Animal Guidelines linked here. Please be sure to review the guidelines prior to the event. No other animals are permitted on any Zoo grounds, including the parking lots. You are responsible at all times during your visit for the care and supervision of your service animal.

ZOO TICKETS
Do all ages need a wristband to get into the Zoo?
All zoo tickets are required, EXCEPT for anyone under two years old.
Where can I get my Zoo wristband?The Zoo wristbands will be available for pick-up at the ROAR for Kids Family Festival/Finish Line celebration on Saturday, April 20th.
Do I need to buy my ticket in advance, or can I purchase it on the day of the event?A limited number of tickets will be available for the same-day purchase, so it is best to purchase in advance.
